I recently read “Decoding the Spiritual Messages of Daily Life” by Dr. Paul Debell. As a psychiatrist, he realized that spiritual experiences are different from psychological experiences and attempted to find out the characteristics of spiritual messages. The book talks about the messages everyone receives regularly from the spiritual dimension. In his book Debell explains in detail how a spiritual message works. According to Debell, these messages contain guidance and feedback for us to make the right material or spiritual decisions in our daily life, with particular attention to our intention in performing an act.Since Debell believes that spirituality today can be approached in a scientific way, he put together this website for those who are interested in such an approach. He argues that science is based on experiments, and spiritual laws can also be described through experiments. In this website Debell offers a place for exchanging spiritual messages we receive and the lessons we learn from them. This website gives everyone the opportunity to submit his message and his interpretation and read and learn about others’ messages. Debell believes that this method will help us to decode our own messages more accurately because each of us has a good understanding of a part of this puzzle and hopefully together we can learn more about the whole. The website also has a weekly newsletter that you can subscribe to.
I highly suggest that you take a look at this website and let yourself explore this beautiful dimension!

We had a lovely trip to London. Arriving on July 14th and leaving on 21st. We were staying at the heart of the city called Covent Garden and Soho. London is brilliant. It is so lively and vibrant. But unbelievably expensive. Cost of food is almost double in compare to what we pay in the States. But the good news is that the museums were mostly free! The weather was nice but people were complaining that they haven’t had a nice and warm summer. We almost covered all the neighborhoods, from the West End to the City, South bank, Hyde park, Camden and Hampstead. I can’t say how much I adore this city. I can easily move there! … working on Mammad!!!
